The hotel is located in a hot spot area in the centre of Sheung Wan. It is conveniently close to a MTR station, tram station, and the Mid Levels Escalator. Many delicious restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the city. Plus, free bottled water is provided.
The room amenities were not always properly replenished during the stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to both the MTR and tram station. The staff here were exceptional, always so friendly and helpful. The room was larger than we expected and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the little touches like the tea and coffee facilities and the mini-bar. we were extremely impressed with the service and facilities offered at this hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel for families. It exceeded our expectations in every way and made our stay in the city truly enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. The hotel is in a great located area, right in the centre of Sheung Wan, making transportation around the city very convenient.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

the staff at the hotel were pretty good too help me. Despite being fully booked, they managed to arrange an extra night for me when a room became available. Their quick notification put my mind at ease. The convenient location near Central and popular local eateries, as well as tourist sites like PMQ and Tai Kwun, made it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommend for a short visit.

Great location, close to MTR and Mid Levels Escalator. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and free bottled water. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Ben. Will definitely return for another staycation.
